1. Planning phase<\/h3>\n

While wetness control sensors are now widely available, there are still applicators who have little or no experience with the system. 3. Acceptance<\/h3>\n

During acceptance, you can have the tightness of the roof or floor digitally documented. Usually, an initial sensor check (in project mode) is created by the inspector. 4. Ongoing control<\/h3>\n

If you decide to use HUM-ID's building inspection, you should take full advantage of the system. After all, the tightness can be checked at any time after the initial check. For the area of flat roofs, this means that the sensor controls should be an integral part of the regular roof inspection.<\/strong> At least every six months, they should ask the roofer or their facility management to check the sensors.
