HUM-ID Marketing Guide

The system

HUM-ID offers a fast, easy to use and reliable way of maintaining the construction. Thanks to the cable-free setup the system can be easily integrated into almost every kind of flat roof. For the roofers the possibility to detect drenched insulation is a chance rather than a problem. With HUM-ID the processor can proof his work and positioning himself to his client as an innovative, trustworthy and credible partner.

Use these images to illustrate the HUM-ID system in action. They work great with bold headlines that deliver the systems USP: The ability to see through the sealing and know what’s going on. Use the images with country specific background layers to make the audience guess where the photo was taken.

The HUM-ID sensor might be the heart of the system but the smartphone app with which you can scan the sensors is the more in-your-face-element of HUM-ID. That’s why in every illustrated publication a smartphone with a running HUM-ID app must be visible. It’s the best entry point for a sales pitch since the smartphone is an every day device and potential clients can relate to it. Ask your customer to download the app right away and start your product presentation with his smartphone connected to the HD EXA. The most satisfying user experience is the first detection of a wet sensor. Let it be the smartphone of your client that gives the corresponding feedback. It will stick in his mind, because it was his device that was talking to him.

The clients

Convince your client by not only showing him the product and its benefits in theory but by showing him the system in action and refer to the viral success HUM-ID has had in Germany. 

Even though HUM-ID is technologically „top-notch“, don’t just reduce the system to its high tech RFID-approach. Stagnant water and humidity is an everyday problem on flat roofs and led to dramatic and pricy consequences. HUM-ID is solving this problem – first and foremost with a simple approach and an affordable price. When discussing the price, never say that HUM-ID is something „on-top“. In fact, HUM-ID is something, that sits „inside“ your construction. And it will do so for the whole lifetime of the roof. In fact the system extends the lifespan radically, because damages can be detected at an early stage. In the end the sensors help to save massive amounts of time and money.

These hands-on shots are showing actual German roofers integrating and operation with the HUM-ID system. When talking to roofers in your country those images might be the best way to give your potential client a notion of how HUM-ID works and why it is a great choice.

The products

These images show the HUM-ID product line. They can be used in reseller publications, for price listings or as product detail images in press publications.

They should not be used on front pages of sales publications since the images might look good but do not have the power to communicate the practical use of the HUM-ID system.

A very good shot is a close up of the sensors in the hands of a roofer. We offer you some examples on the right from a very large roof in Berlin. But keep in mind that your potential customers might look at the technology critically. The best argument are successful stories from roofers of your own country. Make your first clients speak for themselves and convince your new potential with those stories.

Logos & Fonts

HUM-ID is a registered trademark. Please make sure to always take care of the brand identity of HUM-ID. Its main values are Simplicity, Accuracy and Credibility. Talking about accuracy: Please use the HUM-ID logos as described. Use the white logo on colored and black background, take the black one on white and on printed paper. The colored logo should only be used when HUM-ID is presented as a brand (i.e. as a partner company).

 

HUM-ID communicates with two highlight colors, red and green. For web presentations and on illustration both colors can be used to highlight specific elements of a publication. THe colors correspond with the softwares output: Green, good – stands for dry (benefits), Red – bad – stands for wet (attention).

HUM-ID always uses BOLD and GOOD READABLE FONTS. The web font is Roboto. You can download it here. In Headlines always make sure only to use less than six words.

Flyer & booklets

The standard flyer is available in different formats. It is targeted to roofers and explains the system in a very basic way. Our extended „Planermappe“ in combination with the „Werte schützen“ broschure focusses on the benefits for architects and building owners and gives a hands-on perspective on how the system works.
