1. Upload a photo

Finally simple. When you create a new project, you can now associate a plan, overhead, or drone image with your project. Simply select the JPG or PNG you want to associate with the project from your phone's photo browser.

Once linked to the project, you can use this image to precisely mark the areas that are wet. It is best to use an image in landscape format.

2. Check your project

Version 4.0 gets everything out of the HD EXA reader. Thanks to a completely reworked API and an overhauled communication approach, the new app promises smooth performance, even in difficult scenarios. Check the misplaced sensors one by one.

3. mark wet spots

Once you start checking a project, if the scanner finds wet sensors, you can locate them with pinpoint accuracy. The closer you are to the wet sensor, the higher the percentage reading. Tap on the screen. Now you have the possibility to mark the wet spot on the uploaded plan or drone photo. You can use two fingers to zoom into the photo, or zoom out of the photo. Mark the spot, confirm and continue with the control.

4. make more out of the controls

The export functions of the HUM-ID app have been completely revised. From now on, you can not only have a PDF file generated from each control run including the uploaded photo and drawn-in wet sensors. With version 4.0, it is also possible to export the control file as a machine-readable CSV file. Best of all, controls created with previous versions can now also be sent or saved in this file format.

5. „und das ist noch nicht alles“

The new app version is now also optimized for dark mode. The dark design, which can be set as standard on Android and iOS for a few years now, can now also be used with the HUM-ID app.

The HUM-ID App 4.0 appears for the first time in 10 languages. Depending on the language setting of your cell phone, the user interface adapts.

Graphical control is still available. If you want to control a simple cut area, already have experience with the HUM-ID app and do not have a roof view, installation recommendation or drone image available, you can use this method to capture every single sensor and create an individual plan.
